Please be advised that our hotel will be temporarily closed during the period below due to scheduled maintenance of the entire facility.
During this time, all services, including day-use hot spring bathing, will be unavailable.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to guests who were planning to visit us, and we greatly appreciate your kind understanding.

■ Closure Period

From Monday, April 13 (after check-out) through Thursday, April 16

We will resume normal operations from 3:00 PM on Friday, April 17.

We would like to inform you that we will be making a partial change to the “fee of the shuttle bus service” from stay on 1 July 2024 (Mon.)
The new rates will be applied to new bus reservations made from 1 June, 2024(Sat.)
The revised rates are as follows :

※Guests staying until 30 June, 2024 (Sun.)
　 Fee: Free of charge

※Guests staying on or after 1 July, 2024(Mon.)
The new fee will be applied to new shuttle bus reservations make on 1 June, 2024(Sat.)
Fee: 1,000 yen per person, one way (tax included)
Children who need a seat will be charged the same as the adult fee.
※Please make payment at the front desk on the day of your stay.
(No charge for those who have already made a reservation by phone or through the hotel’s official website.)

【From/to New Chitose Airport】
※Guests staying until 30 June, 2024 (Sun.)
Fee: 500 yen per person, one way (tax included)

※Guests staying on or after 1 July, 2024 (Mon.)
The new fee will be applied to new shuttle bus reservations make on 1 June, 2024(Sat.)
Fee: 1,000 yen per person, one way (tax included)
Children who need a seat will be charged the same as the adult fee.
※Please make payment at the front desk on the day of your stay.
(For guests who have already made a reservation by phone or through the hotel’s official website, the fee will be 500 yen (tax included) per person, one way.)
